Frequently Asked Questions

What people ask at the showroom counter, written down.

Percussion gun or shiatsu cushion?

A cushion works a broad area hands-free while you sit, which makes it the one that actually gets used daily. A percussion gun targets one muscle at higher intensity and suits post-training work. They solve different problems and plenty of people end up owning both.

Is the heat function worth paying for?

Heat helps with stiffness and general background tension, and it makes a cushion far more pleasant in winter. It does comparatively little for acute post-exercise soreness. Where a product heats, its page describes how.

How long should a session be?

Follow the manufacturer instruction on the product. As a general rule, short and frequent beats long and occasional, and most units include an automatic cut-off for exactly that reason.

Can I try one before buying?

Yes — the showroom on S Durango Dr is open Monday to Saturday and the display units are there to be used.

Are these medical devices?

No. They are consumer wellness products for comfort and general muscle relief, and we make no medical or therapeutic claims for them. Speak to a clinician first if you have an injury, a circulatory condition, or if you are pregnant.

What is the difference between the myofascial tools and the powered ones?

The manual tools have nothing to charge and give you complete control over pressure and angle. For some areas — the arch of a foot, the outside of a thigh — that control is worth more than a motor.

How quickly do orders ship?

Handling and transit times and the daily cut-off are on the Shipping Policy page, and tracking is emailed on dispatch.

Can I return something?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within the window set out on the Return & Refund Policy page.
