I'm worried the back roller might be too painful. Can the intensity be adjusted?
Of course! The rollers have 3 speed settings, and the adjustable pillow and flap provide a soothing massage. If you prefer a gentle massage, we recommend using a seated position & with flap & low speed for your first use.
Is this massage mat size enough to reach the full body?
This massage mat is suitable for people of all heights. When the pillow is laid flat, it reaches the calves of people between 5'2“ and 6'1” tall. You can adjust your lying position to cover more areas of the body during the massage.
Can the heating function be controlled independently?
Yes! The product has been upgraded, you can now choose heat-only, shiatsu-only, or vibration-only modes. (Note: Product updates will begin in June 2026. If you purchase before then, the heating function may not be independently controllable.)
